FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING THE BUCKMAN DIRECT SURFACE DIVERSION FACILITY IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two million dollars ($2,000,000) to plan, design and construct the Buckman direct surface diversion facility in Santa Fe county.
