FOR REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE TULAROSA HIGH SCHOOL TRACK IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($275,000) to repair and improve the Tularosa high school track in Otero county.
