FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE RUTHERON MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS' ASSOCIATION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to repair, improve and equip the water system for the Rutheron mutual domestic water consumers' association in Rio Arriba county.
