FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING A DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM AND FIRE HYDRANTS FOR THE EL RITO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS' AND SEWER ASSOCIATION IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

seven hundred one thousand three hundred dollars ($701,300) to plan, design and construct a domestic water system and fire hydrants for the El Rito mutual domestic water consumers' and sewer association in Taos county.
