FOR IMPROVING AND EQUIPPING, INCLUDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER WELL, THE AMALIA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred ninety-five thousand dollars ($395,000) to improve and equip, including the construction of a water well, the Amalia neighborhood association community center in Taos county.
