FOR A LIBRARY AND EDUCATIONAL CENTER AT THE SAN JUAN COLLEGE EAST CENTER IN AZTEC IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of San Juan college

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a library and educational center at the San Juan college east center in Aztec in San Juan county.
