FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE IRRIGATION DITCHES IN SAN YSIDRO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

one hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($165,000) for improvements to the irrigation ditches in San Ysidro in Sandoval county.
