REQUESTED BY W. Ken Martinez

FOR DITCH PROJECTS AT THE PUEBLO OF LAGUNA IN BERNALILLO, CIBOLA AND SANDOVAL COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

fifty-eight thousand four hundred seven dollars ($58,407) to construct phase 2 of the Paguate community ditch irrigation pipeline at the Pueblo of Laguna in Bernalillo, Cibola and Sandoval counties; and

eighty-eight thousand eight hundred thirty-four dollars ($88,834) to construct and equip the Pareje and Encinal ditch for the Pueblo of Laguna in Bernalillo, Cibola and Sandoval counties.
