FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN RUIDOSO DOWNS IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for the construction, replacement and upgrade of water lines in Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county; and

• to the office of the state engineer

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for the purchase of water rights for Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county.
