REQUESTED BY Ted Hobbs

FOR PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTING MANZANO MESA AND SINGING ARROW PARKS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan and construct Manzano Mesa park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan and construct Singing Arrow park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
