FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO CONCHAS LAKE AND BIG MESA ROADS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred twelve thousand seven hundred twenty-eight dollars ($112,728) for drainage and other improvements to Conchas Lake and Big Mesa roads in San Miguel county.
