FOR A BUILDING ADDITION AT THE PUBLIC LIBRARY IN CAPITAN IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred eighty-four thousand dollars ($384,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish the expansion of the public library in Capitan in Lincoln county.
