REQUESTED BY Daniel R. Foley

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of health

one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($190,000) for the construction, furnishing and equipping of the county health facility in Lincoln county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred five thousand dollars ($105,000) for the renovation of the detention center connected to the county courthouse to convert it to office space in Lincoln county.
