FOR DRILLING HOLES TO LOCATE AN AQUIFER FOR MUNICIPAL WATER DEVELOPMENT IN TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to drill test holes to locate an aquifer for municipal water development in Truth or Consequences in Sierra county.
