FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE WHITE CLIFFS MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER USERS ASSOCIATION IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

ninety-two thousand dollars ($92,000) to improve the water system for the White Cliffs mutual domestic water users association in Gallup in McKinley county.
