REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO
REMODEL THE DETENTION CENTER IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.
The proceeds from the sale of severance
tax bonds appropriated to the local government division of the department of
finance and administration pursuant to Subsection 125 of Section 22 of Chapter
110 of Laws 2002 to construct a facility to serve the economic, social and
medical rehabilitation needs of individuals with severe mental illness in
Carlsbad in Eddy county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are
reauthorized and appropriated to remodel the detention center in Carlsbad in
Eddy county.
