STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan and design the San Mateo sewer system in Cibola county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan and design the Cubero sewer system in Cibola county;

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to improve the Bibo water supply system in Cibola county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to improve the Cebolleta sewer system in Cibola county; and

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to improve the water system of the Cebolleta mutual domestic water consumers association in Cibola county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred twenty-eight thousand five hundred dollars ($228,500) to purchase equipment for the Cibola county road department; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to equip and furnish a community center in Cebolleta in Cibola county;

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for a computer network for the Cibola county assessor, treasurer, manager and clerk; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to renovate the Cibola county court complex.
