FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE
PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO CONSTRUCT AND EQUIP A SKATE
PARK IN GRANTS IN CIBOLA COUNTY.
The proceeds from the sale of severance
tax bonds appropriated to the local government division of the department of
finance and administration pursuant to Subsection 362 of Section 22 of Chapter
110 of Laws 2002 to renovate the fire substation in Grants in Cibola county
shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and
appropriated to construct and equip a skate park in Grants in Cibola county.
