FOR PHASE 3 IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION AT THE YOUTH CENTER AT DANIEL FERNANDEZ PARK IN LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred ten thousand dollars ($410,000) for phase 3 construction and improvements at the youth center at the Daniel Fernandez park in Los Lunas in Valencia county.
