FOR MICROELECTRONICS INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE ENERGETIC MATERIAL RESEARCH AND TESTING CENTER DIVISION OF THE NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY IN SOCORRO IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico institute of mining and technology

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) for microelectronics infrastructure for the energetic material research and testing center division of the New Mexico institute of mining and technology in Socorro in Socorro county.
