FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN LOVINGTON IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to purchase a wastewater vacuum truck in Lovington in Lea county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to replace water lines and make water system improvements in Lovington in Lea county.
