FOR DRILLING WELLS AND FOR PIPELINES FOR THE HOPE COMMUNITY DITCH ASSOCIATION IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to drill wells and purchase and install pipelines for the Hope community ditch association in Eddy county.
