FOR REPLACING THE WATER LINE ON MALONEY STREET IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) to replace the water line on Maloney street in Gallup in McKinley county.
