FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR PLANNING AND CONDUCTING A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR A DIALYSIS UNIT AT THE PUEBLO OF ACOMA IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

 

The project authorized in Subsection 2 of Section 12 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to the economic development department to purchase and install technology infrastructure for e-commerce initiatives statewide is void.  The state board of finance may issue and sell severance tax bonds upon certification by the New Mexico office of Indian affairs that the need exists for the issuance of the bonds in the amount of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for planning and conducting a feasibility study for a dialysis unit at the Pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county.
