FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION TO STREETS IN SUNLAND PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

eight million six hundred thousand dollars ($8,600,000) for improvements and construction of streets in Sunland Park in Dona Ana county.
