FOR CONSTRUCTING AND IMPROVING AN ACTIVITY FIELD NORTH OF BRAINARD PARK IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) for construction and improvements at an activity field north of Brainard park in Artesia in Eddy county.
