FOR PURCHASING LAND AND A BUILDING AT 4121 CUTLER AVENUE FOR USE AS A SOUND STUDIO FOR THE MEDIA ARTS PROGRAM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) to purchase land and a building at 4121 Cutler avenue for use as a sound studio by the media arts program at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
