FOR PURCHASING AN AMBULANCE FOR MOUNTAINAIR IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thirty thousand dollars ($130,000) to purchase an ambulance for Mountainair in Torrance county.
