FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO DINKLE ROAD IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred twenty thousand dollars ($320,000) for improvements to Dinkle road in Santa Fe county.
