FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO LA MANGA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred fifty-six thousand five hundred dollars ($456,500) for improvements, including drilling a well, constructing water storage and acquiring and installing a water distribution and disinfection system, for La Manga mutual domestic water consumers association in San Miguel county.
