FOR THE EMERGENCY WATER ACQUISITION PROJECT FOR THE PUERTO DE LUNA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS AND SEWAGE WORKS ASSOCIATION IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the emergency water acquisition project for the Puerto de Luna mutual domestic water consumers and sewage works association in Guadalupe county.
