FOR RETROFITTING HOUSES WITH SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC AND WIND ENERGY SYSTEMS IN CATRON, SOCORRO AND VALENCIA COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design and retrofit houses with solar photovoltaic and wind energy systems in Catron, Socorro and Valencia counties.
