FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE GREATER CHIMAYO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred forty thousand five hundred dollars ($340,500) for water system improvements for the greater Chimayo mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
