FOR EQUIPMENT TO IMPROVE IRRIGATION DITCHES IN THE CABRESTO LAKE CANYON IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-seven thousand dollars ($77,000) for equipment to improve the irrigation ditches in the Cabresto lake canyon in Taos county.
