FOR A SUBSTATION FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($365,000) to plan, design and construct a substation for the volunteer fire department in Mora county.
