FOR THE PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING OF A BUILDING FOR THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four million dollars ($4,000,000) for planning, designing and constructing a law enforcement and training facility for the sheriff's department in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
