FOR CONSTRUCTING A WARM WATER FISH HATCHERY IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of game and fish

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) from the game protection fund for design, land acquisition and water rights for the construction of a warm water fish hatchery facility in Guadalupe county.
