FOR REAUTHORIZING A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A HEALTH FACILITY IN THE SOUTH VALLEY OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection OOOOO of Section 9 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998 to renovate a health facility in the south valley of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated for design and construction of a health facility in the south valley of Bernalillo county. The period of time in which this appropriation may be expended is extended through fiscal year 2008.
