FOR RENOVATING A TREATMENT FACILITY IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to renovate a facility used to treat people with mental illness and substance abuse in Bernalillo county.
