REQUESTED BY Joseph J. Carraro

FOR CONSTRUCTING THE COMMUNITY CENTER AT TAYLOR RANCH IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million four hundred thousand dollars ($1,400,000) to construct the community center at Taylor Ranch in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
