FOR UPGRADING TECHNOLOGY FOR BROADCAST FACILITIES AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to upgrade technology, including digital television capabilities for television station KENW, for broadcast facilities at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
