FOR VARIOUS POWERLINE EXTENSIONS FOR THE NEWCOMB CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct powerline extensions to serve homes without electric power at the Newcomb chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
