FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SOCCER FIELD AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

one hundred eight thousand dollars ($108,000) for the construction of a soccer field at New Mexico highlands university in San Miguel county.
