FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BLUE HOLE SITE IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for improvements to the Blue Hole site in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
