FOR A WATER CONSERVATION AND TREATMENT SYSTEM PROJECT IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to engineer and design a water conservation and treatment system project; provided that a public improvement district is established in San Juan county to manage the project.
