FOR IMPROVING THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE MALAGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to improve the water system of the Malaga fire protection district in Eddy county.
