FOR THE LA MESA COMMUNITY COMPLEX IN LA MESA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct the La Mesa community complex in La Mesa in Dona Ana county.
