FOR ROAD PAVEMENT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to pave roads, including Leyendecker road, Victoria road and west Provencio road, in Dona Ana county.
