FOR AN EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

three million three hundred thousand dollars ($3,300,000) for the planning, design, construction, equipping and furnishing of an early childhood center at New Mexico highlands university in San Miguel county.
