FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE AND AGENCY AND EXTEND THE EXPENDITURE PERIOD OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the department of health pursuant to Subsection C of Section 13 of Chapter 2 of Laws 1999 (1st S.S.) for capital improvements at the San Miguel clinic in Dona Ana county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated to the department of environment for water and wastewater improvements in Dona Ana county. The period of time in which this appropriation may be expended is extended through fiscal year 2008.
